- Return Policy: Faulty products can be returned within 24 hours of purchase. Returns are not accepted for non-faulty products or after 24 hours.
- Warranty Limitations: Warranty does not cover physical or user-induced damage (e.g., screen cracks, water damage).
- No Refunds: Refunds are not issued for items under warranty. Products under warranty are eligible for repair or replacement.
- Warranty Registration: Customers are responsible for registering products with the manufacturer for warranty purposes.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless you’re enrolled in our Lipa Polepole installment plan, which is subject to separate terms and conditions.

We aim to deliver products within agreed timelines; however, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances. Applicable delivery charges will be communicated at the time of purchase.
6. Repairs
Repair services are subject to availability and may incur diagnostic fees. Customers are advised to back up their data before submitting a device for repair, as we are not responsible for data loss. Repair durations depend on the nature of the issue and parts availability.
7. Lipa Polepole Payment Plan
Our Lipa Polepole installment plan is available to eligible customers and governed by separate terms provided during application. Failure to make timely payments may result in penalties or product repossession in line with the plan’s terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, products, or services—including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or intangible losses. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
